
Ingredients:
- 4 Cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Swiss Cheese
- 6 oz Beer
- 1.5 Teaspoon Garlic
- 2 Pinch Mustard Powder
- 0.25 Teaspoon Worchshire Sauce
Directions:
Grate cheese and mix together in large bowl. Add a little flour to keep the cheese from sticking.
When fondue pot is ready (warm), add the beer, garlic and mustard powder.
Add cheese slowly, stirring until the fondue is about the consistency of warm honey.
Add Worcshire sauce and pepper to taste.
Serve with bread and fruit.
