
Ingredients:
- 10 Small Onions
- 1 Can Artichoke Hearts
- 3 Tablespoon Milk
- 3 Tablespoon Butter
- 1.5 Tablespoon Wheat germ
- 1 Teaspoon Rosemary
- 0.5 Teaspoon Thyme
- 0.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions:
Boil onions until soft. Drain.
Remove inner layers of the onion until only the outer two or three layers are left.
Artichokes, butter, milk, wheat germ and spices (to taste). Mash until a smooth paste is formed.
Spoon paste into the onion shells and bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Garnish with a spring of rosemary.
