Cranberry Bread








Makes two loaves

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Chopped Cranberries
  • 0.5 Cup Walnuts
  • 1 Tablespoon Orange Peel
  • 2 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Eggs
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Baking soda


Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Add sugars, eggs, and oil, mixing until smooth. Add juice and grated orange peel and then add dry ingredients, making sure that the baking soda is well mixed. The batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour into lightly greased loaf pans and bake approximately one hour. Cover loaves halfway through the baking process to avoid burning the bread.
