
Ingredients:
- 2 cup Emmenthaler Swiss Cheese
- 2 cup Gruyere Swiss Cheese
- 6 oz White Wine
- 2 Teaspoon Garlic
- 0.125 Cup Lemon Juice
- 2 Pinch Nutmeg
- 1.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 0.5 oz Cherry Liquor
Directions:
Grate cheeses and combine with enough flour to prevent the cheese from sticking.
When fondue pot is ready (warm), add white wine, garlic, lemon juice, nutmeg, and pepper.
Add the liquor and slowly add cheese, stirring until fondue has the consistency of warm honey.
Serve with bread or fruit.
